SJN & Associates owns and operates companies across hospitality and real estate. Venues, lodging, property, and development — each run as its own business, held by the same group.
The group
Several companies. One standard.
We are in the hospitality business through different venues, and we hold real estate and development companies beside it. The point is not to be everything. The point is to put the right company on the right work.
New concepts, careful operations, and property that is meant to last. Grand Rapids is home. The work reaches Michigan and, where a project calls for it, Mexico.

Real estate
Property held for use, income, or sale. Residential and commercial positions in Michigan, with selected work in Mexico. Lending and investment sit beside ownership.

Development
Custom homes, renovations, and property improvement. We build and improve the assets the group owns, and we take on development when the site and the use are clear.

El Encanto Manor
A private 7-bedroom house on 4 acres in Rockford, Michigan. Entire-home stays, pet friendly, with room for families and groups. About 15 miles from Grand Rapids. Listed for short-term rental.
Real estate
Property, held and improved.
Homes and land in Michigan and Mexico. Some are operated. Some are prepared for sale. The common thread is a group that can develop, finance, and hold, rather than a single-purpose shop.
